Our loyalty program rewards you for engaging with our brand. By earning points through purchases and other actions, you can unlock higher tiers and exclusive benefits. Here’s everything you need to know about how the program works and how to make the most of it.

What Are Loyalty Tiers?

Loyalty tiers are levels within our rewards program. The higher your tier, the greater the rewards! Your tier is determined by the points you earn over the past 12 months.

How are Tiers Are Earned and Maintained? 

We use a rolling year to determine your eligibility for each tier, meaning:

Tier Entry

You must earn the required number of points within the last 12 months to move up a tier.

Tier Retention

To stay in your current tier, you need to meet the required points threshold for that tier within the past 12 months.

Tier Re-Entry

If you drop to a lower tier but earn enough points again, you’ll regain your higher tier status.

Key Features of Our Loyalty Tiers

Base Tier

Every new member starts in our Base Tier upon joining the program. From there, you can progress by earning points. 

Points Multiplier

Higher tiers earn points faster with multipliers—for example, 1.25x, 1.5x, or even 3x points per dollar spent.

Example: How It Works

Tier Entry Example

You join the program on July 1, 2023, and spend $350 by January 1, 2024. You’re upgraded to Tier 2 immediately at checkout.

Tier Retention Example

To stay in Tier 2, you must continue earning $350 worth of points within the 12 months following your upgrade.

Tier Re-Entry Example

If your points fall below the threshold, you’ll drop to a lower tier. But if you earn the required points again, you’ll be upgraded immediately.
