What is the difference between WoodCream Softener and WoodCream Transparent #0.Updated 23 days ago
WoodCream Softener is not a finish product and is used to dilute the color of WoodCream. It also helps to extend the open time reducing the risk for lap marks in very warm application conditions while it does not affect the viscosity.
If 2 coats of WoodCream are required, it is advised to add WoodCream Softener to avoid too much layer buildup of the product. Lastly, it is advised to add WoodCream Softener to reduce the opacity when a maintenance application is done.
WoodCream Transparent #0 is the unpigmented version of WoodCream and provides protection and water repellency like the pigmented WoodCream (except for the UV protection)
