Orders can be canceled until the order has been fulfilled. If you need to cancel an order, please contact our support team through chat/SMS as soon as possible. Or if this is after-hours, you can email our team at ([email protected]) with your cancellation request .
You will receive confirmation of your cancellation if we’re able to make it happen. After this period, we may not be able to cancel your order as it might already be in processing or shipment. However, you can always log in to your account and request a return once your order arrives.
